Redesigning the Workstream website was a project to understand and respond to our customers’ needs. Leading this project, I interviewed our design partners, gathering insights that shaped our strategy.
We embraced an iterative approach during the redesign process, constantly refining our designs based on real user feedback and collaboration with stakeholders. This hands-on, responsive approach helped us craft a website that looks great and performs exceptionally well. We're thrilled with the results: a 25% increase in product signups, a 12% increase in time spent on the page, and a 7% boost in overall site traffic.
